10th Anniversary Celebration of ShangHai AGAPE Electromechanical Tech Co.，Ltd.
July 31, 2022 marked the joyous 10th anniversary of AGAPE’s establishment. After two weeks of intensive preparation, the 10th anniversary celebration of AGAPE was successfully held in the conference room on the first floor of Building 3, Huasheng Chuanggu Park on the afternoon of July 29, 2022! Now, let’s review this celebration through a "picture-telling" approach:
This is the backdrop for the 10th anniversary event. Every balloon here was inflated and tied by ourselves! A special thank you goes to Xiao Wan, Lao Sun, Sun Peng, and Wang Zixuan, a family member of our employee, for their hard work!
For this event, we were honored to have Mr. Fan Junlai — a senior employee and founding contributor of AGAPE, as well as two general managers from our supplier companies — in attendance. Colleagues arrived at the celebration venue early, and a small number of colleagues who couldn’t be present joined via video link. Everyone gathered together to celebrate AGAPE's 10th birthday.
The celebration started promptly at 2:30 p.m., hosted by Xiao Fu from the Administration and Human Resources Department. With Xiao Fu’s greeting "Happy 10th Anniversary to AGAPE!", the celebration officially kicked off. At the beginning of the event, a video showcasing the company’s 10-year development was played. Everyone watched intently, deeply moved by AGAPE's journey through ups and downs over the past decade. Next, the managers of each department summarized their respective departments’ work and looked forward to a brighter future. To our surprise, Mr. Fan, inspired by the occasion, delivered an impromptu speech on stage. His speech was witty and fascinating, and while entertaining everyone, he also shared many life philosophies and principles for the company’s development, leaving us with great insights.
Subsequently, the celebration moved on to the award ceremony. The following awards were set up for this ceremony:
Long-term Companion Award (7 recipients): Yu Jin, Zhang Shengxiang, Sun Shiyu, Cao Wenqian, Hu Qinjian, Cao Jiangbei, Ge Shengjie
Outstanding Progress Award (2 recipients): Wan Shengjin, Yang Huihui
Distinguished Contribution Award (1 recipient): Hu Yin
Top Safety Award (1 recipient): Zhu Zebing

A decade is a milestone. From General Manager Wang’s emotional speech, we deeply felt the hardships and passions that accompanied AGAPE's development over the past 10 years. We also gained a better understanding of the leapfrog progress and achievements the company has made in this decade, as well as the blueprint for AGAPE's future development outlined by him — all of which filled us with excitement!
Once again, we felt the expectation for AGAPE's bright future and the firm conviction of all AGAPE people. After ten years of tempering and refinement, AGAPE today is like a warship at full throttle, cutting through waves and forging ahead courageously!
Finally, we celebrated AGAPE's "10th birthday" together. General Manager Wang personally cut and distributed the cake to each colleague, expressing gratitude for every colleague’s contribution to AGAPE's development. While everyone was enjoying the cake and refreshments, we also held a lucky draw. First, second, and third prizes were drawn from the blessing cards written by everyone, and small gifts were presented. Everyone enjoyed the treats and the lucky draw together, with the whole place alive with laughter and merriment!
At the end of the event, all guests, general managers, and employees took a group photo in front of the AGAPE 10th anniversary backdrop covered with blessing messages.
The celebration was not just about lively laughter and joy; the company also hoped to use this opportunity to convey important concepts of its operation. As emphasized in General Manager Wang’s speech, these concepts are summarized as the "Four Priorities":
- Establish a set of AGAPE’s own standard systems: standard systems for non-standard design and safety construction;
- Develop a set of customized management systems for AGAPE: integrating multiple disciplines and departments, and pursuing the integration of personal development and company development;
- Build an excellent team with AGAPE’s characteristics: having capable personnel in every link from design, processing, and construction to maintenance;
- Grow into an excellent and distinctive high-tech company: well-known in the industry, providing high-quality services, boasting first-class technology, and demonstrating strong professionalism.
The 10th anniversary celebration of AGAPE came to a successful conclusion. Everyone left with joy, touch, and expectations for the future, cheering together for AGAPE! To conclude this article, we would like to share the works from two of the company’s "Confucian scholars" — a couplet by Hu Yin, Manager of the Technology Department, and a ci poem by Wang Jian, Manager of the Engineering Department:
