To ensure the design effect and aesthetic appearance, the BMU equipment of super high-rise building is now hidden in the internal equipment layer of the building. When the equipment is not in use, the curtain wall is closed to form a complete curtain wall facade. When the equipment needs to work, the curtain wall in this area needs to be opened to sufficient space to meet the working space of the BMU equipment. The curtain wall opening and closing system at this location is the BMU curtain wall opening and closing system.

Opening and closing roofs are a common form of dynamic architecture, many buildings such as sports center,etc. need to achieve the function of opening the roof during sunny weather and closing it during rainy weather to meet different venue requirements.

The photovoltaic dual-axis tracking system, independently developed by AGAPE, utilizes a combination of light sensors, GPS, and astronomical algorithms for tracking, allowing solar photovoltaic panels to comprehensively track the sun's trajectory. In regions abundant in light resources, it enhances power generation by approximately 40% compared to ordinary fixed mounts.
