The Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Financial Center is located in the Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone, with Guangda Street to the north, First Street to the south, Square Road to the east, and Xincheng west road to the west. The entire land is L-shaped. The building covers a relatively large area, with a length of about 185 meters from north to south and a width of nearly 17 meters from east to west, with a total construction area of 390000 square meters. The office tower has a construction area of approximately 252000 square meters, and the above ground part of the podium has a construction area of approximately 53000 square meters. The tower has 100 floors and a large roof height of approximately 471.15 meters, with a total building height of 530 meters. It integrates functions such as offices, serviced apartments, and hotels.
Both the 71st and 99th floors of the building are designed with mobile opening curtain wall systems. Among them, the 71st floor adopts a single motor translational opening curtain wall system.
The building has installed 4 window cleaning machines on the 71st floor, each requiring 5 openable curtain all panels to cooperate with its work, distributed at the four corners of the building. The size of the opening plate is 1500(W)*4580mm(H).
