Suzhou International Financial Center Curtain Wall Opening System

Suzhou International Financial Center is located in the core area of the Hudong CBD commercial district in Suzhou Industrial Park, facing Jinji Lake to the west. The plot covers an area of 21280 square meters, with a total construction area of 39208 square meters. The project includes a 92 floors, 450 meter high, tallest building of Jiangsu, as well as a podium and a wave shaped square. It is a large-scale comprehensive commercial project that integrates Grade A office buildings, hotel style apartments, boutique specialty hotels and supporting businesses.
Project Overview
The 78th, 90th, 92nd, and 95th floors of Suzhou International Financial Center all adopt a mobile curtain wall system. One curtain wall on the 78th floor, and two curtain walls on the 90th and 92nd floors each adopt a gear rack retractable curtain wall opening system. The 95th floor is the top slope position, which adopts a retreat of 600mm and then opens and stops upwards along the hanging rack under the roof.4080mm（W）×4702mm（H）。
