Qianhai Kerry T102-0261 project is located in Qianwan Area of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Joint Development Zone, Shenzhen. The north side of the project site is Kerry Phase I project, and the site and Phase I are separated by Ledujuan North 1st Street, the south side of the site is a park, the west side is a Binhai Park, the east side is Kerry Phase II project, and the two are separated by Bauhinia Street. There are two high-rise buildings in the project site. This project is 4 buildings B (Kerry T3) close to the Marina Park, with a total of 11 floors and a building height of 58m.

Project overview

The opening and closing roof of T3 in Qianhai Kerry, which our company is responsible for, is about 30 meters long and 9 meters wide. The roof is opened and closed in the middle part of the top of the building, and the maximum open area is about one-third of the total area of the roof. At the same time, the position of opening and stopping of the skylight can be controlled arbitrarily through the remote control. Open ventilation, lighting, breathing natural air, guests can enjoy the beauty of blue sky and white clouds while visiting; When closed, the wind, rain, lighting, the whole open and closed roof is a sealed structure, which isolates the outdoor cold air when closed in winter, and the indoor air conditioning can maintain room temperature. It can provide guests with a good place of health and peace and enjoy wonderful fun all year round. The realization of the open and closed roof includes a power drive device, a frame structure, a track and its support system, a control system and auxiliary safety facilities.
