The headquarters building of China Resources Group is located in the core area of Houhai Central district, Shenzhen, on the east side of Keyuan Avenue and the south side of Hyde Road. It covers an area of about 38000 square meters and has a construction scale of about 550000 square meters. The building is 392.5 meters high and became a landmark building in the central area of Houhai and Shenzhen after completion. At the same time, the building, together with large public buildings such as the Shenzhen Bay Sports Center and the new Municipal Science and Technology Museum, has become the first truly urban complex in Shenzhen.
