Shanghai Front Beach project is located on Hill 1/26, Block 107, Sanlin Town, Pudong District, Shanghai. It stretches east to Dongyu road, west to Yansi West road, south to Haiyang West Road, and north to Plot25-01. The total construction area is over 191700 square meters. Number of floors and height of the building: 56 above ground floors and 3 underground floors; The maximum elevation of the curtain wall is 279.85 meters. Reinforced concrete frame- reinforced concrete core tube. The building is designed for high-end offices use.
After the main structure of the Shanghai Front Beach project is capped, the installation of curtain walls will begin. Installing curtain walls requires the use of crane equipment to complete the installation. Agape provides lifting equipment to cooperate with curtain wall installation. We have a total of 2 cranes installed in the I-beam guide rails at the top of the tower crown, and the rails are arranged along the edge of tower crown to form a closed circle. 1 unit responsible for hanging curtain walls, the other one is equipped with a hanging basket, and the operator installs the curtain wall inside the basket. Two cranes are used together to complete the installation of the curtain wall. Agape’s main tasks include:
design of 2 different cranes;
manufacturing of 2 different cranes;
installation and debugging of 2 different cranes;
Operation and maintenance of 2 different cranes;
