KL118 Tower, also known as Modikata, is located in the center of Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. With a total height of 644m, it is the second tallest tower in the world after the Burj Khalifa in Dubai(828m high) and also the tallest tower under construction in recent years.
KL118 is equipped with curtain wall opening systems at both the 97th floor and 597m position. The required opening unit panel for the 97th floor is 3000mm*2853mm, and the equipment is a screw back and manual side moving device. The required size of the opening unit block for 597m is 8500mm*7200mm. And the opening method is an upward folding opening method.
