Huaxing New City super high-rise electric glass louver system, jointly designed by our company and Foster+Partners, the background of this project comes from the problem that many architects have been trying to solve: Can high-rise buildings also be close to nature? How to arrange green plants in the facade of high-rise buildings, not only to ensure ventilation and lighting, but also to avoid the safety risk of high-rise green plants falling. This set of electric glass louver project of Shanghai Huaxing New City has passed multiple rounds of test tests, including wind resistance test, destructive test, durability test, etc., to ensure that it can still ensure safety under 100-year wind load, and can still open and close normally under 50-year wind load. Ultimately, the technology helped the architect realize the idea of the sky garden. The electric shutter adopts a hidden drive system, the drive system is completely hidden, and the exposed part is only glass and stainless steel fixtures. Each area of electric glass louver span of 3-4 layers, the height of more than ten meters, so the construction of glass louver in and out and up and down positioning need to be very accurate. Therefore, the system is pre-assembled in the factory and installed and positioned with high-precision tooling on site to ensure construction accuracy and reduce construction costs.
